Why should I take a HIGH FIVE training?

One word: quality. HIGH FIVE has a twenty-one year record of developing evidence-based staff training that demonstrably improves the quality of programs in terms of: participant incidents, retention rates, and staff turnover. 

How do I take a training?

Once you sign up for a HIGH FIVE training, we will send you instructions on how to access your course. To complete the training, you will need a computer with a reliable Internet connection and functional speakers. You can also use a pen and paper to take notes and participate in activities. 

How long does it take to complete a HIGH FIVE training?

All HIGH FIVE training programs are delivered on demand. This means you can start and stop them as you need. PHCD and HIGH FIVE Sport take four hours to complete and QUEST 5 takes roughly 3 hours to complete.

Do I get a certificate when I complete the course?

Once you've successfully finished the training, you will immediately receive your certificate. It will be available for you to download on our integrated learning management system for 365 days. 

How long is my certificate valid?

HIGH FIVE certification doesn't expire. Your certificate is valid for life and available for you to download for 365 days after you complete the training. 

Are there discounts for bulk orders or non-profit rates?
